Welcome! To give you a clear roadmap of how we will collaborate on your custom project, here is a complete breakdown of my operational process from your initial submission to the final delivery.

  1. Submit Your Project Details: Fill out the intake form completely.
    • Pro-Tip: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for me to thoroughly review your request and notes.
    • Tech Notice: If you do not hear back from me within 10 business days, there may have been a temporary website form submission issue. Please bypass the system and email me directly at Support@Steweird.com.
  2. The Project Agreement: If your project is accepted, I will generate a custom Commission Work Order Form (Tier 2) or a Project Proposal (Tier 3) containing your formal cost estimate and specific file deliverables.
  3. The Evaluation Window: You have a 30-day window to review and accept your quote.
    • If 30 days pass without formal confirmation or communication, the offer expires as outlined in your proposal documentation. You will be required to resubmit the intake form.
    • Need More Time? If you need an extension to lock in your custom quote, simply reply to the proposal email within the 30-day window to let me know you’re still interested, and we can adjust the deadline.

Phase 2: The Creative Process & Revisions

No active design or drafting work begins until your mandatory non-refundable Service Deposit has been processed in full.

Step 1: The Conceptual Phase (Sketches & Roughs)

  • I will deliver initial rough sketches or compositions based on your submission.
  • If adjustments are required, this triggers your First Included Edit. You will point out exactly what you like or dislike about each variation.
  • I will then combine those elements together to create a unified visual composition for your final review.

Step 2: The Production Phase (Line Art & Value Proofs)

  • Once the base composition is approved, I will build out a rough outline, digital mockup, or structural proof.
  • This is your definitive window for heavy structural feedback. > * Your feedback here will be applied as your Second Included Edit before the canvas is locked down for final polish, color, and detailing.

Phase 3: Final Color & Delivery

  1. The Polished Asset: Once the final rendering, coloring, or vector path is completed, you will receive a secured preview of the completed project.
  2. The Final Balance: Upon your confirmation of the completed preview, your final invoice balance is due.
  3. The Master Package: Once the final payment is cleared, the high-resolution, unwatermarked master file deliverables will be released immediately to your account.

Important Studio Notices

  • Understanding Edits vs. Revisions: Included Edits cover small changes to minor details, coloring adjustments, or shading modifications. Demanding a major structural change after a specific phase has already been signed off (e.g., wanting to change a character’s physical pose after the line art phase is done) will incur additional revision fees billed at the standard hourly or flat rates outlined in your specific contract paperwork.
